The Hamburg Skatepark Project

Hi I'm Timothy Carrig, founder of the Hamburg Skatepark Project. Anyone who has visited the current skatepark knows that it's time for it to be retired. It is no longer a safe place for skaters of any skill level. This August we will be applying for $300,000 in grants through the Ralph Wilson Built to Play Program and The Skatepark Project (formerly the Tony Hawk Foundation) to build a 10,000sf concrete skatepark in the Town of Hamburg! This is a match grant, which means the Ralph Wilson Foundation will match every dollar donated up to $250k. We are working directly with the Town of Hamburg Recreation Foundation Inc, and any donation will help make an impact.
